Defect
Due to inadequate parts management during the manufacturing process, some vehicles were incorrectly fitted with prototype aluminum wheels produced during development that do not carry the vehicle identification symbol. These wheels do not conform to Safety Standards Article 9 (running gear requirements).
Corrective action
Inspect the vehicle identification symbol on the reverse face of the wheel on all vehicles. Replace any wheel lacking the symbol with a conforming part.

状況
アルミホイールにおいて、製造工程の部品管理が不十分なため、車両を代表する記号表示がない開発時に試作したホイールを誤って装着したものがある。そのため、保安基準第9条(走行装置等の基準)に適合しない。
改善措置
全車両、ホイール裏面の車両を代表する記号表示を点検し、表示がないものは良品と交換する。
