Defect
On certain heavy-duty trucks equipped with a PDM (Power Distribution Module: fuse and relay box) on the left side of the driver's seat, the positive power supply wiring to the PDM is incorrectly routed on some vehicles. The misrouted wiring may contact and be damaged by the PDM bracket, causing a short circuit. In the worst case, this may result in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
Inspect the routing of the PDM positive power supply wiring on all vehicles. If incorrectly routed, reroute the wiring to the proper configuration. If damage to the wiring is found, repair it.

状況
運転席左側にＰＤＭ（Ｐｏｗｅｒ Ｄｉｓｔｒｉｂｕｔｉｏｎ Ｍｏｄｕｌｅ：ヒューズ＆リレーボックス）を搭載した大型トラックにおいて、ＰＤＭの電源用プラス側配線が誤配索されているものがある。そのため、当該配線がＰＤＭブラケットとの干渉により損傷して短絡すると、最悪の場合、車両火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＰＤＭの電源用プラス側配線の配索を点検し、誤配索されていた場合は正規状態に配索し直す。 また、当該電線に損傷が認められた場合は補修する。
