Defect
Due to improper engine assembly, the timing chain may not be correctly seated on the exhaust camshaft sprocket. Continued operation in this condition can cause the timing chain to lose the ability to drive the exhaust camshaft, resulting in engine stall.
Corrective action

状況
エンジンにおいて、組立作業が不適切なため、タイミングチェーンが排気カムシャフトスプロケットに正しく掛けられていないものがある。そのまま継続使用すると、タイミングチェーンが排気カムシャフトを駆動できなくなり、エンストに至るおそれがある。
