Defect
On large route buses and similar vehicles, the turnbuckle mounted at the upper section of the glide-slide door at the front passenger entry has insufficient strength. This may cause the turnbuckle to develop a crack. Continued use in this condition may result in the turnbuckle fracturing, rendering the door unable to open or close.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the glide-slide door turnbuckle with the corrected part.

状況
大型路線バス等において、前側乗降口のグライドスライドドア上部に装着されているターンバックルの強度が不適切なため、ターンバックルに亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ターンバックルが折損して当該ドアの開閉が出来なくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、グライドスライドドアのターンバックルを対策品に交換する。
