Defect
On large and medium trucks and large buses, the on-board tool kit is improperly configured and does not include the tool (wrench) required to manually release the parking brake in the event of a failure. As a result, if the parking brake cannot be released due to a malfunction, or if the parking brake engages unintentionally, the driver has no on-board tool available to release it.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a parking brake release wrench to the on-board tool kit.

状況
大・中型トラックおよび大型バスにおいて、車載工具の構成が不適切なため、駐車ブレーキ故障時解除用の工具（スパナ）が搭載されていない。そのため、故障により駐車ブレーキが解除出来ない場合や意図せず駐車ブレーキが作動した場合に、車載工具で駐車ブレーキを解除することが出来ない。
改善措置
全車両、車載工具に駐車ブレーキ解除用スパナを追加する。
