Defect
The bracket that secures the manual transmission select cable is incorrectly shaped, allowing the select cable to contact the fuel hose. Continued use can wear through the fuel hose and, in the worst case, perforate it, resulting in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the select cable bracket with a corrected part and replace the fuel hose with a new part.

状況
手動変速機のセレクトケーブルを固定するブラケット形状が不適切なため、セレクトケーブルと燃料ホースが接触しているものがある。そのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、燃料ホースに穴が開き、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、セレクトケーブルを固定するブラケットを対策品に交換すると共に、燃料ホースを新品に交換する。
