Defect
The fuel filler hose was assembled in the incorrect orientation, causing deformation of the hose. Continued use may cause the hose to crack and, in the worst case, result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel filler hose with a new part and reinstall it in the correct orientation.

状況

改善措置
