Defect
On large trucks, the harness connectors connecting to the starter relay and cab tilt relay were installed in the incorrect orientation. When high-pressure washing is performed with the cab in the tilted position, water may intrude through the affected connectors. This can cause electrical tracking between the relay contacts, leading to heat generation and burn damage. In the worst case, a vehicle fire may occur.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected harness with the corrected part, and replace the starter relay and cab tilt relay with new units.

状況
