Defect
(1) On wing-body vehicles, the hydraulic hoses for wing opening and closing are routed improperly, causing contact with the upper corner of the frame on some units. Repeated wing operation under this condition forces the hose hard against the corner, damaging it and allowing hydraulic fluid to leak. This may render the wing inoperable. In the worst case, if the opening-side hose is damaged while the wing is open, the wing may descend. (2) On medium-duty wing-body vehicles, the closing-side pipe joint of the wing hydraulic cylinder is improperly tightened and may loosen. Repeated wing operation under this condition allows the closing-side hose to contact the frame and sustain damage, causing hydraulic fluid to leak and potentially rendering the wing inoperable.
Corrective action
(1) Install a protector on the hydraulic hose of all vehicles to prevent contact with the upper frame corner. (2) Retighten the hydraulic cylinder pipe joints on all vehicles to the specified torque and secure the hydraulic hoses with harness bands. Where hydraulic hose damage is found, replace the damaged section with a new part.

状況
（１）ウイング車において、ウイング開閉用油圧ホースの配索が不適切なため、フレーム上部コーナーに接触しているものがある。この状態でウイング開閉を繰り返すと、ホースがコーナーに強く押し当てられて損傷し、作動油が漏れ、ウイングが作動しなくなる場合がある。最悪の場合、ウイング開時に開用ホースが損傷すると、ウイングが降下するおそれがある。 （２）中型ウイング車において、ウイング開閉用油圧シリンダーの閉用配管継手の締付が不適切なため、継手が緩む場合がある。この状態でウイング開閉を繰り返すと、閉用ホースがフレームに接触して損傷し、作動油が漏れ、ウイングが作動しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
（１）全車両、油圧ホースにフレーム上部コーナーとの接触を防ぐプロテクターを取付ける。 （２）全車両、油圧シリンダーの配管継手を規定トルクで締め付け直し、油圧ホースをハーネスバンドで固定する。 また、油圧ホースに損傷がある場合は、損傷部を新品に交換する。
