Defect
On refrigerated and frozen transport vehicles, the mounting bracket for the air suspension remote control box was not welded in the position specified by the engineering drawing. This causes cracks to develop in the bracket. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate and, in the worst case, the air suspension remote control box may detach and fall from the vehicle, creating a hazard for other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the air suspension remote control box mounting bracket is replaced with a corrected part. (This remedy is identical to that of Notification No. 4985. Vehicles on which the remedy has already been completed do not require a second replacement.)

状況
冷蔵冷凍車のエアサスペンションリモコンBOX固定ブラケットにおいて、図面指示通りの位置に部材の溶接が実施されていないため、当該ブラケットに亀裂が入ることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合エアサスペンションリモコンBOXが脱落し、他の交通の妨げになるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エアサスペンションリモコンBOX固定ブラケットを対策品に交換する。 (本改善措置は、「届出番号4985」と同一対策であり、措置が完了しているものは再度交換の必要はない。)
