Defect
(1) The dump sensor harness retaining stay on these construction-equipment transport dump trucks is improperly designed, leaving insufficient clearance between the tip of the harness retaining bolt and the rear wheel brake hose. Rear wheel bounce during driving causes the bolt tip to contact and damage the brake hose. In the worst case, brake fluid leaks and braking force is reduced. (2) The hydraulic oil tank for the dump body is mounted in an incorrect position, leaving insufficient clearance between the tank mounting bolts on the chassis frame and the brake pipes. Continued operation allows the rear wheel brake pipes to sustain damage, and in the worst case, brake fluid leaks and braking force is reduced.
Corrective action
On all vehicles: (1) Replace the dump sensor harness retaining stay with a corrected part. If the rear wheel brake hose shows damage, replace the hose with a new one. (2) Replace the dump hydraulic oil tank stay with a corrected part. If the rear wheel brake pipes show damage, replace the pipes with new ones.

状況
建機運搬用ダンプトラックにおいて、 （１）ダンプ用センサハーネス固縛ステーの設計が不適切なため、ハーネスを固縛するボルトの先端と後輪用ブレーキホースの隙間が不足しているものがある。そのため、走行時の後輪の跳ね上がりにより固縛ボルト先端とブレーキホースが干渉するおそれがあり、そのまま使用を続けるとブレーキホースが損傷し、最悪の場合、ブレーキ液が漏れて制動力が低下するおそれがある。 （２）ダンプ用作動油タンクの取付位置が不適切なため、作動油タンクをシャシフレームに取付けているボルトとブレーキ配管との隙が少ないものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、後輪用ブレーキ配管が損傷し、最悪の場合、ブレーキ液が漏れて制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両において、 （１）ダンプ用センサハーネスの固縛ステーを対策品に交換する。また、後輪用ブレーキホースに損傷がある場合は、ブレーキホースを新品に交換する。 （２）ダンプ用作動油タンクステーを対策品に交換する。また、後輪用ブレーキ配管に損傷がある場合は、ブレーキ配管を新品に交換する。
