状況
運転席エアバッグにおいて、モジュールカバーのブランドエンブレムの材質が不適切なため、加水分解により劣化することがある。そのため、エアバッグ展開時に破損して飛散し、乗員が負傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、運転席エアバッグ・モジュールカバーを対策品と交換する。
