Defect
In the hybrid transaxle input damper, improper application of rust-preventive oil allows the oil to adhere to the power transmission section of the damper. During hard acceleration, this causes abnormal slippage in the damper, illuminating the warning light. In the worst case, the hybrid system may shut down.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the input damper with a corrected part.

状況
①ハイブリッドトランスアクスルのインプットダンパにおいて、防錆油の塗布が不適切なため、ダンパの動力伝達部に付着することがある。そのため、急加速の際、当該ダンパに異常な滑りが生じて警告灯が点灯し、最悪の場合、ハイブリッドシステムが停止するおそれがある。
改善措置
①全車両、インプットダンパを良品と交換する。
