Defect
On engine-powered forklifts, an incorrect oil filter was selected for use in the torque converter. Vehicle vibration may damage the threaded element mounting section of the oil filter, resulting in an oil leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the torque converter oil filter with the corrected part.

状況
エンジン式フォークリフトの動力伝達装置において、トルクコンバータに搭載しているオイルフィルターの選定が不適切なため、車両の振動により、オイルフィルターのエレメント取付け部のネジが破損し、オイル漏れに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、トルクコンバータ用のオイルフィルターを対策品に交換する。
