Defect
LED fog lamps were packaged improperly for transport during the manufacturing process. Impact during transport may shift the lens out of position, causing the beam axis to fail to meet Safety Standards.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the left and right LED fog lamps. If the lens position is found to be misaligned, replace the lamp with a conforming unit and adjust the beam axis.

状況
ＬＥＤ仕様のフォグランプにおいて、製造過程で搬送する際の荷姿設定が不適切なため、搬送時の衝撃によりレンズの位置がずれ、光軸が保安基準を満足していないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、左右のＬＥＤフォグランプを点検し、レンズの位置がずれている場合、良品に交換し、光軸調整する。
