Defect

状況
前照灯において、車両生産工場での光軸検査工程の後に、前照灯と車体（フェンダー）との隙間調整を行ったにもかかわらず、光軸の再検査を行わなかったものがある。そのため、前照灯の光軸が保安基準を満足していないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前照灯の光軸を点検し、調整が必要な場合は光軸調整を行う。
