This filing is one of 24 Nissan notifications from 2022 in this archive. Defect

The brake hose bracket was partially welded to the vehicle body improperly during manufacturing. The bracket may detach, allowing driving vibration to cause the brake pipes to contact the vehicle body and generate abnormal noise. Continued operation may damage the pipes and cause a brake fluid leak. In the worst case, one brake circuit may fail, extending stopping distance.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, inspect the brake hose bracket weld condition and re-weld any bracket found to be improperly welded.
