Defect
The oil pan on the engine was improperly painted. Heat generated by the engine during vehicle operation causes the mounting bolts to loosen. Continued use allows engine oil to leak from the oil pan and, in the worst case, the leaked oil may contact the rear tires, causing the vehicle to fall.
Corrective action
Replace the oil pan on all vehicles with a non-defective part.

状況
原動機のオイルパンにおいて、塗装が不適切なため、走行中の原動機からの熱影響により取付ボルトが緩むことがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、オイルパンからエンジンオイルが漏れ、最悪の場合、漏れたオイルが後輪タイヤに付着し、転倒するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、オイルパンを良品と交換する。
