Defect
In the ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) modulator, the assembly jig used for internal components is incorrectly shaped, and aluminum shavings may be generated during assembly. If these aluminum shavings become lodged in the check valve during ABS activation, the front or rear wheels may lock.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the ABS modulator with a conforming unit.

状況
ＡＢＳ（アンチロックブレーキシステム）モジュレータにおいて、構成部品の組付け治具形状が不適切なため、組付け時にアルミ片が発生することがある。そのため、ＡＢＳ作動時に当該アルミ片が逆止弁へ噛み込むと前輪または、後輪がロックするおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＡＢＳモジュレータを良品と交換する。
