Defect
On the right headlamp, an improper manufacturing process allows adhesive applied inside the lamp to drip near the light source unit, an internal component. This adhesive drip obstructs the lateral movement of the light source unit. As a result, the headlamp leveler may operate incorrectly and the optical axis may shift during use, causing the lamp to fail to conform to Safety Standards Article 32 (Headlamp Standards).
Corrective action
Inspect the right headlamp on all vehicles. If an abnormality is found, replace the right headlamp with a conforming unit.

状況
右側ヘッドランプにおいて、製造工程が不適切なため、ヘッドランプ内部に塗布した接着剤が、内部構成部品である光源ユニット付近に垂れ落ち、光源ユニットの左右方向の動きが妨げられているものがある。そのため、前照灯レベラー作動角不良や、使用過程での光軸ずれが発生し、保安基準第３２条（前照灯の基準）に適合しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、右側ヘッドランプを点検し、異常が認められた場合は、右側ヘッドランプを良品に交換する。
