Defect
The sensor camera used for automatic headlight beam distribution control was improperly assembled during vehicle production, causing the camera cover to partially obstruct the sensor camera's field of view on some units. As a result, the upward detection angle required by the Safety Standards may not be met.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the condition of the camera cover. If improper assembly is confirmed, correctly refit the camera cover.

状況
前照灯自動配光制御を行うセンサーカメラにおいて、車両製造時にカメラカバーの組付け不良があったため、センサーカメラ視野の一部をカメラカバーが遮ってしまうものがある。そのため、保安基準で規定されたセンサー検出領域の上方角度を満足しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、カメラカバーの状態を点検し、組付け不良が確認された場合は、カメラカバーを正しく装着する。
