Defect
On large touring buses, insufficient durability of the heater hose may cause premature hose failure. This allows coolant to leak, and if the vehicle continues to be driven, the engine may overheat.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the heater hose connected to the pressure-reducing valve and the upstream pipe with corrected parts.

状況
大型観光バスにおいて、ヒーターホースの耐久性が不足しているため、早期にヒーターホースが破損するものがある。そのため、冷却水が漏れ、そのまま走行を続けるとオーバーヒートに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、減圧弁に接続されるヒーターホースと上流側のパイプを、対策品に交換 する。
