Defect
In the engine cooling system, the condenser tank — a device that separates air bubbles from coolant — fails to separate air and liquid properly during high-rpm engine operation, allowing coolant to overflow. Repeated overflow depletes the coolant level. Continued operation with insufficient coolant causes the engine to overheat and, in the worst case, may cause the engine to stall and prevent restart.
Corrective action
Replace the condenser tank on all vehicles with the corrected part.

状況
エンジン冷却系のコンデンスタンク(冷却水内の気泡を分離するための装置)において、エンジンを高回転で運転すると、気水分離機能が適切に働かず、冷却水が溢れ出ることがある。繰り返し冷却水が溢れ出し、冷却水が不足したまま使用すると、オーバーヒートが発生し、最悪の場合、エンストして再始動できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、コンデンスタンクを対策品に交換する。
