Defect
The lateral rod and stabilizer bracket was manufactured with improper welding instructions, resulting in the internal plate being only tack-welded instead of fully welded. Continued use in this condition may cause the bracket to crack.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, re-weld the internal plate of the lateral rod and stabilizer bracket to the proper specification. The bracket is also to be inspected, and any identified cracks are to be repaired.

状況
ラテラルロッド&スタビライザーブラケットにおいて、溶接作業の指示が不適切なため、内部プレートの溶接が仮溶接となっている。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ブラケットに亀裂が生じるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ラテラルロッド&スタビライザーブラケットに取付けられている内部プレートの溶接を、正規状態に溶接し直す。また、当該ブラケットを点検し、亀裂の発生が認められた場合は補修する。
