Defect
In the rear seat belts, improper calibration of the assembly equipment has caused the spring in the belt retractor lock mechanism to be installed in a bent condition. The deformed spring interferes with surrounding components, and as a result the seat belt may fail to lock when pulled out rapidly.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the manufacturing number of the affected rear seat belt. If identified as affected, replace the seat belt with a conforming part.

状況
後部座席ベルトにおいて、組付設備の調整が不適切なため、ベルトリトラクタロック機構部のスプリングが屈曲して組付けられたものがある。そのため、当該スプリングが構成部品と干渉し、シートベルトが素早く引き出された際にロックしないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、対象となる後部座席ベルトの製造番号を点検し、該当する場合は座席ベルトを良品と交換する。
