Defect
On single-operator buses, the door open/close control program for the center door mechanism is improperly configured. Wear debris generated at the terminals of the door-position detection switch oxidizes due to vehicle vibration, increasing contact resistance and preventing accurate detection of door state. Under certain conditions, such as immediately after the vehicle stops, the center door may open unintentionally.
Corrective action
For all vehicles, reprogram the center door control ECU open/close control program to the corrected specification.

状況
ワンマンバスの中扉開閉機構において、開閉制御プログラムが不適切なため、走行振動等により扉位置検出スイッチの端子に生成された摩耗粉の酸化によって接触抵抗が増加し、扉の開閉状態を正しく検出できなくなることがある。そのため、停車直後等の特定条件下で、意図せず扉が開くおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、中扉制御ＥＣＵの開閉制御プログラムを対策仕様に修正する。
