Defect
Incorrect design dimensions in the rearview mirrors result in two nonconformances: (1) the mirror surface radius of curvature on the left-side exterior rearview mirror is smaller than specified; and (2) on certain specifications, the mirror surface width of the interior rearview mirror is smaller than specified. As a result, the vehicle may not satisfy the structural requirements applicable to single-operator buses.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected rearview mirrors with corrected/revised parts.

状況
後写鏡において、設計寸法が不適切なため、（１）左側後写鏡の鏡面曲率半径が小さいものがある。（２）一部仕様の室内後写鏡の鏡面幅が小さいものがある。そのため、ワンマンバスの構造要件を満足しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、該当する後写鏡を対策品に交換する。
