Defect
In the center door open/close mechanism of single-operator buses, the door control logic is incorrectly specified. When a particular sequence of operations is performed while the door is open, the system may fail to correctly detect the door's open/closed state. As a result, the function that prevents the bus from moving while the door is open may not activate, and the vehicle may depart with the door open.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the door ECU with a corrected part. Because parts require time to procure, owners will be notified of the defect and provided with interim operating precautions.

状況
ワンマンバスの中扉開閉機構において、開閉制御仕様が不適切なため、扉が開いた状態から特定の操作を行うと、開閉状態を正しく認識できないことがある。そのため、扉が開いたまま走行することを防止する機能が作動せず、発車できるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ドアＥＣＵを対策品に交換する。なお、部品の準備に時間を要するため、使用者に当該不具合の内容を周知するとともに、運転時の注意事項を案内する。
