Defect
On medium-duty trucks equipped with the 4V20 engine, improper torque application during installation of the turbocharger mounting nuts left some nuts below the specified torque value. Exhaust gas may leak from the turbocharger mounting area, producing abnormal noise.
Corrective action
Retorque the turbocharger mounting nuts to the specified value on all vehicles.

状況
４Ｖ２０型エンジンを搭載した中型トラックにおいて、ターボチャージャー取付けナットの締付け作業が不適切なため、当該ナットが正規トルクで締付けられていないものがある。そのため、ターボチャージャー取付部から排気ガスが漏れ、異音が生じるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ターボチャージャー取付けナットを正規トルクで締付ける。
