Defect
In the rear center seat belt, improper adjustment of the assembly equipment caused the spring in the belt lock mechanism to be installed in a bent condition. The bent spring may interfere with surrounding components, preventing the seat belt from locking when pulled out rapidly.
Corrective action
Replace the rear center seat belt on all vehicles with a conforming part.

状況
後部座席中央用シートベルトにおいて、組付設備の調整が不適切なため、シートベルトロック機構部のスプリングが屈曲して組付けられたものがある。そのため、当該スプリングが構成部品と干渉し、シートベルトが素早く引き出された際にロックしないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、後部座席中央用シートベルトを良品に交換する。
