Defect
The integrated control unit on these buses contains an improperly designed control program for the door anti-entrapment function. When the accelerator pedal is depressed while a door is closing, the anti-entrapment function deactivates, and a passenger may become caught in the door.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the door anti-entrapment function control program with the corrected/updated software.
