Defect
On medium-duty buses, the floor panel mounting screws are fastened at incorrect positions, allowing the screw tips to contact the fuel line. This contact damages the fuel line and may cause a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reshape the tips of the floor panel mounting screws and replace the fuel line with a new part.

状況
