Defect
On low-bed dump body configurations, the structure securing the hinge pin that supports the cargo bed is inadequate, allowing the retaining bolt to loosen during dump operations. This causes abnormal noise. Continued use may, in the worst case, allow the hinge pin to fall out and become a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the hinge pin with a corrected part.

状況
低床ダンプ仕様の荷台において、荷台を支持するヒンジピンを固定する構造が不適切なため、ダンプ操作によって固定ボルトが緩むことがある。そのため、異音が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、当該ヒンジピンが脱落し、他の交通の妨げとなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ヒンジピンを対策品と交換する。
