Issue
On refrigerated trucks, the tape used to secure the floor harness wiring has insufficient heat resistance. Heat generated during driving may cause the tape to detach, allowing the wiring to sag. If the vehicle continues to be operated in this condition, the sagging wiring may contact the high-temperature exhaust pipe and produce smoke.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, secure the wiring with high-heat-resistant nylon bands. Where the tape has already detached, repair the floor harness as necessary.

状況
保冷車のフロアハーネスにおいて、配線を固定するテープの耐熱性が不足しているため、走行中の熱によってテープが剥がれ、配線が垂れ下がることがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、垂れ下がった配線が高温になった排気管と接触し、発煙するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、配線を耐熱性の高いナイロンバンドで固定する。すでにテープが剥がれている場合は、必要に応じてフロアハーネスを補修する。
