Defect
On large trucks, the rear combination lamps on certain vehicles were installed with the left and right units reversed. The incorrect installation prevents proper water drainage, which may cause the lamps to fail to illuminate. Additionally, because the tail lamp illumination area differs from the design specification, these vehicles may not conform to the Safety Standards.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the rear combination lamp installation. If the lamps are installed in reversed positions, swap the left and right units to their correct positions.

状況
大型トラックにおいて、リヤコンビネーションランプの左右が誤って取り付けられたものがあり、水抜きが適切に行われず、ランプが不点灯となるおそれがある。また、尾灯の照明部が設計の状態と異なるため、保安基準に適合しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リヤコンビネーションランプの取り付け状態を確認し、誤って取り付けられた場合は左右を組み換える。
