Defect
On concrete mixer trucks, the rear combination lamp installation instructions are incorrect, causing some units to be installed with left and right lamps reversed. As a result, the drain holes are inverted, preventing proper water drainage and causing the lamps to fail to illuminate. In addition, the tail lamp illumination area differs from the design specification and may not conform to Safety Standards.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the rear combination lamp installation. If the lamps are installed incorrectly, reinstall them in the correct orientation.

状況
コンクリートミキサー車の灯火器において、リヤコンビネーションランプの取付指示が不適切なため、左右誤って取付けたものがある。そのため、水抜き穴の位置が上下逆となり水抜きが適切に行われず、ランプが不点灯となるおそれがある。また、尾灯の照明部が設計の状態と異なり、保安基準に適合しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リヤコンビネーションランプの取付け状態を確認し、誤って取付けられている場合は適切に取付ける。
