Defect
On the cargo compartment sliding doors of refrigerated and insulated vehicles, the upper slide mechanism is inadequately designed, allowing the upper roller to detach if the door is closed with excessive force. This produces abnormal noise, and continued use in this condition may allow the roller bracket pin to disengage from the upper rail, preventing the sliding door from closing.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the upper roller bracket and upper rail are replaced with improved parts.

状況
冷凍車及び保冷車の荷室スライドドアにおいて、上部スライド機構の構造が不適切なため、当該ドアを強い力で閉めると、アッパーローラが脱落する場合がある。そのため、異音が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、ローラブラケットピンがアッパーレールから外れてスライドドアが閉まらなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、アッパーローラブラケットとアッパーレールを改善品と交換する。
