Defect
The vacuum hose for the brake booster is improperly assembled, and foreign matter has adhered to the inner surface of the hose on affected units. Continued use may cause the check valve inserted in the hose to stick, preventing sufficient vacuum supply to the booster. As a result, brake pedal effort increases.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the vacuum hose with a new part.

状況
制動倍力装置のバキュームホースにおいて、組付け作業が不適切なため、ホース内面に異物が付着しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ホースに挿入されているチェックバルブが固着して負圧が十分に供給されず、ブレーキペダルの操作力が増大するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、バキュームホースを新品と交換する。
