Defect
On vehicles converted to combined natural gas/gasoline (CNG/gasoline) specification, the CNG injector assembly mounting bracket has insufficient strength, allowing engine vibration to induce resonance and cause cracks to form in the bracket. Continued use can progress these cracks and, in the worst case, result in fracture of the CNG injector assembly mounting bracket.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the CNG injector assembly mounting bracket with a corrected part.

状況
天然ガス／ガソリン併用仕様に改造した車両において、②ＣＮＧインジェクターＡｓｓｙ取付ブラケットの強度が不足しているため、エンジン振動による共振により、亀裂が生じることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、ＣＮＧインジェクターＡｓｓｙ取付ブラケットが折損するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＣＮＧインジェクターＡｓｓｙ取付ブラケットを対策品に交換する。
