Defect
On refrigerated and freezer trucks, the installation instructions for the rivet covers on the side panels of the cargo box are incorrect, resulting in insufficient adhesion on some units. When the cargo box deforms due to temperature changes, the rivet covers may lift away from the surface. In the worst case, the covers can detach and fall onto the roadway, creating a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
All vehicles will be inspected. If any rivet cover is found to be lifting, it will be replaced with a corrected part. If no lifting is found, the existing rivet covers will be secured with rivets.

状況
冷蔵冷凍車において、荷箱側面のリベットカバーの取付指示が不適切なため、密着が不十分なものがある。そのため、荷箱が温度変化により変形した際に、リベットカバーが荷箱より浮き上がり、最悪の場合、脱落して他の交通の妨げになるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、リベットカバーに浮き上がりがある場合は、リベットカバーを対策品に交換し、リベットカバーに浮き上がりがない場合は、既存のリベットカバーをリベットで固定する。
