Defect
On vehicles equipped with a three-piece rear underrun protection device, improper installation has resulted in the stay of the outer underrun protection device being mounted in an incorrect position. As a result, the displacement of the device under the specified test load exceeds the allowable limit, and the vehicle does not conform to the Road Vehicles Safety Standards.
Corrective action
Reattach the stay of the outer underrun protection device to the correct position on all vehicles.

状況
３分割式の突入防止装置において、取付作業が不適切なため、外側突入防止装置のステーが誤った位置に取り付けられているものがある。このため、試験荷重を負荷した状態における当該装置の変位量が基準値を超え、道路運送車両の保安基準に適合しない。
改善措置
全車両、外側突入防止装置のステーを正規の位置に取り付ける。
