Defect
The front wiper motor has an inadequate waterproofing structure that allows water to enter the motor interior, causing internal components to corrode. Continued use allows the corrosion to progress. In the worst case, the wiper may stop functioning.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the wiper motor with a corrected part.

状況
フロントワイパーにおいて、モーターの防水構造が不適切なため、外部からの水がモーター内部に浸入し、モーター内部の部品が腐食することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると腐食が進行し、最悪の場合、ワイパーが作動しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ワイパーモーターを対策品と交換する。
