Defect
On van body vehicles, incorrect fastening position instructions were provided for securing the cargo body to the chassis, causing some units to be fastened at a location different from the design intent. During driving, the resulting cargo body movement places excessive load on the front suspension anchor bolts. Continued use can fracture these bolts, causing a change in vehicle attitude. In the worst case, the fractured bolt may also damage the fuel tank, resulting in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected anchor bolts with corrected parts and add a protective cover over the fuel tank.

状況
バン架装車において、荷室架装時の車台側締結位置の指示が不適切なため、荷室前側の車台締結を設計意図と異なる位置で締結したものがある。そのため、走行中の荷室揺動による前輪サスペンションのアンカーボルトへの入力が大きく、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ボルトが折損して車両姿勢が変化し、また、折損したボルトが燃料タンクを損傷させ、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該アンカーボルトを対策品と交換し、燃料タンク保護カバーを追加する。
