Defect
On vehicle transport carriers, the under-mirror bracket used during vehicle loading operations is improperly shaped, causing cracks to develop at the weld joints due to vibration during driving. Continued use allows the cracks to progress and, in the worst case, the mirror may detach while driving and obstruct other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the mirror bracket with the corrected part.

状況
車両運搬車の車両積込み作業用アンダーミラーにおいて、ミラーブラケットの形状が不適切なため、走行時の振動等により溶接部に亀裂が生じることがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、走行中に当該ミラーが脱落して他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ミラーブラケットを対策品に交換する。
