Defect
The armature — the disc that engages and disengages the air conditioning compressor from the pulley — was formed using an improper die during the manufacturing process, resulting in insufficient strength on some units. As the vehicle accumulates use, the armature may detach, causing the air conditioning to stop functioning. In the worst case, the detached armature may fall onto the road surface.
Corrective action
Replace the affected air conditioning compressor on all vehicles with a conforming unit.

状況
エアコンコンプレッサにおいて、プーリ部のアーマチュア（エアコンコンプレッサとプーリを断続する円盤）を成形する際の型が不適切なため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、使用過程で当該アーマチュアが脱落してエアコンが効かなくなり、最悪の場合、当該アーマチュアが路上に落下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該エアコンコンプレッサを良品と交換する。
