Defect

On large touring buses, repeatedly operating the turn signal for extended periods can cause the upper portion of the orange cap on the rear turn signal to melt. Continued use allows vapors from the melting cap to cloud the inner surface of the lens, and in the worst case, a hole may form in the upper portion of the cap.

Corrective action

Notify all users of this defect. If clouding of the lens inner surface or melting of the orange cap is found on the rear turn signals, replace both left and right rear combination lamps with corrected parts.
