Defect
In the automatic transmission, insufficient strength at the pivot point of the hydraulic circuit switching lever—which is linked to the shift lever—allows repeated rapid shift operations to wear the pivot and introduce play. As a result, the hydraulic circuit can no longer switch in response to the selected shift position. This may leave the vehicle inoperable or cause unintended forward or rearward movement in positions other than P.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the automatic transmission hydraulic circuit switching lever with a corrected part.

状況
自動変速機において、シフトレバーに連結している油路切替レバー支点部の強度が不足しているため、想定外の素早いシフト操作を繰り返すと支点部が摩耗してガタが生じることがある。そのため、シフト位置に応じた油路の切替えができなくなり、走行不能になったり、Pレンジ以外で前進や後退するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、自動変速機の油路切替レバーを対策品に交換する。
