Defect
The manufacturing process for the automatic transmission (A/T) oil cooler pipes and oil cooler hoses is improper, resulting in units where the pipe machining is inadequate and the hose cleaning treatment is insufficient. As a result, vibration during driving may cause the oil cooler hose to pull free, allowing oil to leak and rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the oil cooler hoses and oil cooler pipes with corrected parts.

状況
①自動変速機（Ａ／Ｔ）のオイルクーラー配管とオイルクーラーホースの製造工程が不適切なため、当該配管の加工が不適切なもの及び当該ホースの洗浄処理が不十分なものがある。そのため、走行中の振動などによりオイルクーラーホースが抜けてオイルが漏れ、走行不能になるおそれがある。
改善措置
①全車両、オイルクーラーホースとオイルクーラー配管を良品と交換する。
