Defect
In the fuel tank breather hose—which vents air from the tank during refueling—an incorrect hose material allows heat from the exhaust system to degrade the hose and cause cracks to develop. Continued use allows the cracks to progress, resulting in a fuel leak. In the worst case, a vehicle fire may occur.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the breather hose with a corrected part.

状況
燃料タンクのブリーザーホース(給油時に燃料タンク内の空気を逃がすホース)において、当該ホースの材質が不適切なため、排気系の熱影響によりホースが劣化し亀裂が発生することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブリーザーホースを対策品と交換する。
