Defect
On refuse collection vehicles, the mounting bracket for the hydraulic pump used during operation has insufficient strength, allowing cracks to develop due to vibration during driving and operation. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate. In the worst case, the mounting bracket may fracture and the hydraulic pump may detach from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add reinforcement to the mounting bracket. If cracks are already present, weld-repair the cracked area before adding the reinforcement.

状況
塵芥車において、作業用油圧ポンプの取付ブラケットの強度が不足しているため、走行時等による振動で亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進展し、最悪の場合、当該取付ブラケットが破断し、油圧ポンプが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、取付ブラケットに補強材を追加する。なお、取付ブラケットに亀裂がある場合は、亀裂箇所を溶接補修した上で補強材を追加する。
